What’s been happening:

Bob has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from PSU in Environmental Engineering areas and is a retired Professional Engineer. He retired from the US Army where he served as an Engineering Officer in Construction Management, Air Pollution Control, Water and Wastewater Control, Hazardous and Toxic Waste Control, and in Industrial Hygiene. He also worked for a private engineering firm, served as a County Deputy Director of Public Works, and worked a number of years as a Safety Engineer for State Government.
